You're Not Broken. You're Stuck.
You built a good life together. From the outside, things look fine.
But behind closed doors, you are exhausted.
The same fights. The growing distance. The intimacy that disappeared so gradually you are not sure when it stopped.
Maybe trust was broken. Maybe you love each other but cannot stop hurting each other. Maybe you have just quietly become strangers.
You are not broken. You have just been surviving. And survival has a cost.

Communication Break Down
Every conversation turns into a fight, or worse, a silence. You have stopped trying to talk because it never goes anywhere.

Betrayal and Broken Trust
Something happened that cracked everything open. And no matter how much time passes, you cannot seem to find your way back to each other.

Intimacy and Connection
The emotional and physical closeness you once had has slowly disappeared. You feel more like roommates than partners, and neither of you knows how to close the gap.
Focused. Transformative. Tailored to You.
"One to two days of focused, uninterrupted work can move you further than months of weekly sessions."
Weekly therapy helps. But when you are dealing with betrayal, deep disconnection, or intimacy that has broken down, one hour a week is rarely enough. You spend the session on what happened that week and never get to what is actually underneath.
An intensive removes that constraint. You get dedicated, uninterrupted time to finally get to the root.
You will leave grounded, reconnected, and with real evidence that something different is possible between you.

01
Pre-Intensive Assessment
Before we begin, you will complete a short pre-assessment and a one-on-one consultation call. Together we will clarify your goals, talk through what brought you here, and design the intensive around your specific needs. Nothing about this process is one size fits all. You will also receive a personalized prework workbook to help you arrive ready.
02
The Intensive
Over one to two dedicated days, you will step out of the noise of daily life and into a private, focused space designed entirely for your healing. Using Gottman Method, ACT, EFT, and attachment-focused therapy, we will work through the patterns beneath the conflict, process what has been left unresolved, and begin building something genuinely different between you.
03
Integration and Follow Up
You will leave with a personalized plan, practical tools, and follow up support to help you sustain the progress you made and stay grounded as you return to daily life. The work does not end when the intensive does.
The structure keeps you safe. The pace helps you heal. The outcome is freedom that lasts.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if an intensive is right for me?
