Fernanda Schiffer, LMHC
Hi there! I'm Fernanda, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and couples heal from toxic relationship patterns.
I specialize in helping individuals break free from narcissistic relationships and anxious attachment patterns, and helping couples stop constant fighting and rebuild emotional and physical connection.
My background includes serving as Clinical Director of substance abuse treatment facilities, which gave me deep insight into trauma, relationship dynamics, and what it takes to truly heal. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, ACT, and attachment-focused therapy to help you understand what's really happening and create the secure, healthy relationships you deserve.
